Exchange & Return Policy

At SHES FIRST, we strive to provide high-quality products and complete customer satisfaction.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, torn, or different from what you ordered, you may request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

To process the exchange, please contact us on WhatsApp and provide:

- Your Order Number
- Clear photos/videos of the issue
- Product details

Once verified, we will arrange an exchange at no additional cost.

Change of Mind Exchange

If the product is received in perfect condition but you wish to exchange it for another design, size, or article, a delivery and handling fee of Rs. 250 will be charged for the exchange process.

The product must:

- Be unused and unwashed
- Have all original tags attached
- Be returned in its original condition

Non-Exchangeable Items

We reserve the right to refuse an exchange if:

- The exchange request is made after 7 days of delivery.
- The product has been used, washed, altered, or damaged by the customer.
- Original tags or packaging are missing.
